Conbeth is also a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) builder which is a National Association of Home Builders designation.

Randy is a past president of the St. Tammany/Washington Parishes Home Builders Association (ST/WHBA), a past board member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), a member of the State General Liability Trust, a member of the Northshore Business Council, a past board member and past treasurer of the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce and on several sub-committees to monitor the home building industry.

Susan was past president of the St. Tammany/Washington Parishes Home Builders Association (ST/WHBA), a director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), a director of the Louisiana Home Builders Association and is a board memeber of the Tammany Trace Foundation.
